Mansfield Recovery Support Group is a local community group that helps individuals overcome addiction, sobriety, other hurts, habits and hang-ups through a program using Christian Principles. It offers a supportive, judgment-free space for sharing experiences, finding peer support, and working toward lasting recovery. Meetings are open to anyone seeking recovery. At Mansfield Recovery is where your healing will begin.

If you’re hesitant to attend church due to fear or judgment, our Recovery Program Worship Service offers a safe, welcoming space to worship freely—just as you are.
This service supports those on a healing journey, allowing you to explore faith at your own pace. Many who begin here quickly become part of the Paradise Church family, with some even stepping into leadership and preaching roles.

BIO FOR JODY COLE
Jody Cole is the father of seven children and a powerful example of God’s redeeming grace. He was saved on March 3, 2020, a life-changing moment that marked the beginning of a new journey in Christ. In May of 2021, Jody publicly announced his calling to preach, answering God’s call with humility and obedience.
On June 3, 2021, Mansfield Recovery was birthed in a small church on Poth Road in Mansfield. What began as a simple step of faith has grown into a ministry of hope, healing, and restoration for those battling addiction. Jody’s past gives his ministry a deep authenticity—he has walked the road of addiction himself. Because of this, when he says he understands, he truly does. He meets people where they are, offering compassion, truth, and hope rooted in the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Jody’s life stands as a living testimony that God does change lives. He is a walking example of God’s miracle-working power and unfailing mercy. His favorite scripture, Nahum 1:7 (KJV), reflects his heart and ministry:
“The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and He knoweth them that trust in Him.”
Known for his heartfelt declaration, “I love my Master,” Jody lives to serve Christ and to help others find freedom, purpose, and new life through Him.
